The Precinct Post Tensioned Slabs

Project Overview

Fortec was awarded the contract to design and construct the post tensioned slabs from levels 6-21 for The Precinct in Mount Pleasant.

The Precinct is an imposing, twenty-two storey development in Mount Pleasant.

The design consists of approximately 24,860m2 of suspended slab area with 115T of PT and 191T of reinforcement.
